Trains, Trams, Buses, Airplanes, Boats, Ferries, Cars, Bicycles, Motorbikes, Trucks, Vans, Walking or Horses - however you want to get there, we’ll take you!
Venture Road will make sure that every Crew Member gets from their city’s airport to their accommodation on tour at the beginning, and back home at the end. In addition, we will make sure that everyone has a way to get around while they are on tour with us.
No matter your destination, we will handle the logistics. Sit back and enjoy the ride.
Lodging
We won’t let you sleep on the street - unless that is the experience that you want to have.
No matter what kind of lodging accomodations you and your group are looking to have, Venture Road will set it up for you. Regardless of if your group wants to have a homestay, hostel, or a five-star hotel you will have a great time.
Meals
Weather it’s pasta and a glass of wine in Italy or Balut in the Philippines, we will make sure that you have a chance to enjoy the local cuisine in your tour country. We will make all of the arrangements for your group to have three meals per day and snacks in between.
Activities and attractions
If you are going somewhere, you might as well explore!
Venture Road will plan great trips for your group to local attractions that everyone knows, as well hidden gems that the locals only know about. Together with you, we will design a custom itinerary for your group to experience. Everything that you want to do and everywhere you’d like to see, we will plan it from the very beginning to the very end.
In addition, we will send a photographer with you to make sure that everyone has something to share when they get back home.
Facilities
Having a place to go is important - that’s why we insure that you have daily facilities to meet as a group, conduct business and have a place to keep belongings. We will make sure that your facility space is central to where your group is being accommodated.
Full time Trip Guide
When you and your group travels with Venture Road, you are never alone. Not only can you have a full time Trip Guide while you travel to help the group get to all of the places that they want to see, but you will have a guide from the time that you start planning your group tour. They will always be there to help, give suggestions and guide your group experience to maximize your tour.
